[ORDER SHIPPING]

  • All orders placed Tuesday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM CST will begin processing that day and ship within 2 business days, pending item availability and credit card verification. 

    Orders placed after 2PM CST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM CST will begin processing the following Tuesday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

    Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused orders@equipment.store by item availability and payment verification. 

    If you have any concern at all that your package will not make it on time please email us at orders@equipment.store and we will respond within 24 hours.

  • EQUIPMENT utilizes UPS and USPS for all domestic orders. Please see the chart below for shipping options. These delivery timeframes for the mentioned methods only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states.-

    - Free - UPS Domestic Ground Over $200 USD
    - $11 - UPS / USPS Ground
    - $22 - UPS 2 Day Air

    Please note that orders will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Delivery time frames begin from the date of dispatch.

    All shipments valued over $200 will require signature upon delivery and will be insured via carrier provided insurance for the full value of the merchandise. EQUIPMENT will not assume the risk of loss and title for merchandise for any orders that opt for no signature requirement at checkout nor arrives as confirmed by shipping service at the address submitted by the customer at the time of order placement.

  • EQUIPMENT does not offer Saturday delivery. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes will ship out via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

  • EQUIPMENT uses USPS and UPS for all international deliveries. Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of the package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client’s local government are the responsibility of the client.

    Items will be shipped from Minneapolis, MN with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. 

 
 

[ONLINE RETURN POLICY]

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased at full price and that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact within 7 days from delivery. Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoebox or bag.

    To be eligible, all returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Home, apothecary, beauty, grooming, intimates and swimwear are FINAL SALE.

    Please note that our company return policy differs for in-store and online purchases. All online returns must be authorized and processed via orders@equipment.store and cannot be dropped off or returned in store. 

  • Please email our returns department with your order number - orders@equipment.store

    Once your return has been authorized through our returns department, a return label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. In the event of an exchange will cost of return shipping will be waived.

    If there was a mistake on the part of EQUIPMENT, or in the case that the item received is defected /damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return will be compensated.

    The client is responsible for any incurred import duties/taxes or customs charges on the package (on both original and return shipments) if opting for a monetary refund or store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Upon acceptance of the return package, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account statement. Refunds will be given in the original method of payment.

    We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at the clients expense and a refund will not be granted. 

  • All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered final sale. Items will not be eligible for return /exchange or store credit, no exceptions.

  • Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply. 

  • EQUIPMENT offers a price adjustment policy for sale items that are purchased within 2 days prior to start date of sale. This does not apply to temporary promotions. Adjustments must be claimed within 2 days of sale start date. Please note that the exact style and size must be available for purchase when your request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments to items that were originally purchased on sale or with a promotional code or on items that are temporarily reduced in price.

    Sale price adjustments will be returned in the form of online store credit only.
